Project Management
A special series of five two-day courses supporting the development of engineering project managers and their teams. Modules 1–5 cover Project Management fundamentals through to the full stages of project delivery. This comprehensive, practical program is delivered specifically for those involved in engineering projects.
AutoCAD
Designed for Engineers, Contractors, Architects, Technicians, and those working in construction and design. A partial multimedia, interactive course with hands-on lessons focused on two-dimensional drawing. Participants learn to create, edit, import/export, and print drawings in standard or print data formats.
Civil CAD
Designed for Engineers, Contractors, Builders, Architects, Planners, Technicians, and mechanical/civil draftsmen working in construction, planning, drafting, and design. This course improves skills and knowledge in computer-aided planning, design, and construction of projects.
System Safety Engineering
Designed for Engineers in managerial, design, safety, and reliability roles, as well as technicians, hobbyists, students, and anyone interested in system safety, interoperability, and risk analysis and management. The course covers the fundamentals and practical application of a system safety program across the project lifecycle, exploring tools and techniques for risk reduction and the influence of software and human factors on safety. Useful for anyone pursuing a career in systems engineering.
Appreciation of Electronics
Designed for engineers, technicians, hobbyists, students, and anyone interested in the basic principles of electronics, electrical and telecommunications engineering, ICT, automation, and electronic controls. Covers the physics, operational characteristics, and applications of basic components, with an appreciation of their typical use in electronic circuits and industry. Useful for anyone pursuing a career in electronics or technology.
